GTA VI will probably be the first game that maximizes how far you can push the base PS5. Has me curious.

I know it's not everyones cup of tea but Death Stranding 2 is a ps5 exclusive and is one of the best looking games I've ever seen. Especially on the PS5 pro. When it comes to fidelity the ps5 exclusives definitely are pushing the hardware

I mean they'll just drop the graphics down to potato levels at 30 fps and take out features if need be. Rockstar doesn't care They'll still make a record profit if the series s version plays like mud water and no one buys it
If they can't run it properly on the S. M$ might rescind that whole parity policy. They can't have another Baldur Gate or Wukong situation where it's delayed. They'll lose out on those console sales and they can't have that

All that means is that they are still going to make games for the PS5 even when the PS6 is out. They just recently stopped releasing games on the PS4. Since people won't stop whining about Backwards compatibility. They're making a unified PSN ecosystem that supports all games going back to the PS4

You cant have 5 to 6 year game development cycles and expect 5 year console lifespan
and simple inflation.
