How did PS4 launch without Tekken ? Thats crazy.. Like Tekken is a flagship title that is always around (my first experience was Tekken 1 so I assumed the PS1 launched with Tekken 1 avail on day 1) ?

Tekken stopped being a flapship Sony title with Tekken 6. Especially with Namco shtting on Sony by making it look better and run smoother on XBox360 than on PS3.

Pretty much. Even though up untill that point, Tekken was always a flagship Sony title, when the game went to consoles, it was built around XBox360 specs, since they had the most market share, then ported to PS3.
