No Soda Challenge...Anyone?

I got a Sheetz gas station near me; it's like a lil mini restaurant in there too. Anyhow, they got these thermal 52 oz mugs that you can buy for $4.99, and refills are 89 cents. So ya man bought a mug, and they got this Peach flavored diet green tea that has a nikka like . So for the past week I been going through the spot and getting a refill to drink during the day at the office. So between the water and the diet green tea, my piss has been coming out looking like tap water. Easily sustainable.

I've gone cold on soda for nearly 4 months. Only drink that H2O, nothing else and it feels good.!

Heard that you should try avoid milk. I only have little bit of milk in the morning with my cereal but other than that its water ay'dayy
