Germany, like many large European countries and built of a feudal system where its the city then surrounding countryside. America cities came out of river crossings, then rail crossings.

It takes a lot more to get a license over there plus you are considered a professional driver. Half of Americans would not get their license. They also follow the rules like no passing on the right and stay to the right if you are slow and not over raking. Idiots here stay going 60 in the left lane.

This part! Americans don't even follow the driving standards of passing and getting back over in the proper lanes. You have too many people hogging the left lane, and a lot of those drivers have no business being in that lane to start with. Even with a speed limit, American Highways would flow a lot smoother if a lot of drivers just followed the simple rules.

Licenses are given out too easy. There’s too many people on the road that cannot drive. There’s no driving discipline, state troopers rarely pull over left lane campers and just a general me me attitude that permeates the driving culture that would make this a suicide mission.
