Yeah but it takes more than just knowing how to plant to run a successful business, if you grow your own plants it is not a given that you would decrease your total cost because the time and tools necessary may be higher than if you were dependent on a third party. Knowing how to grow plants is not more important than learning english and math, because if you don't know math then how will you be able to calculate your cost and expenses? Knowing how to plant a seed is to owning a grocery store what learning how to write a rap is to being the head of a label. Them shyts is worlds apart bruh. Bolstering yourself intellectually, being able to think clearly and logically, being able to conceptualize advanced and nuanced ideas, being able to draw from a developed wealth of past knowledge (from personal experience and through the wisdom of others), being able to synthesize information etc is all significantly more imperative for young business owners, even people in the food industry, than knowing how to do remedial shyt like Lupe's talking about. 'You a teacher, teach em something worthwhile, like how to plant a fukking seed'.
Throw away the math books (Lupe's words in that debate video) at the poorest public schools in the country when we're moving toward a more technology based and highly specialized, knowledge specific economy? fukk the history books, even though reading in general is imperative and teachers can and often do teach children to think critically about the texts they absorb, which in turn helps cultivate critical thinking skills.

You want to see a particular demographic struggle for footing in modern society, do what Lupe's advocating. Dont vote and throw away instruments of acquiring knowledge and developing cognitive reasoning skills in public schools.

Now why should my vote look like someone's vote who does live in the hood or get public assistance? White people dont vote that way.
