Nah. Chip would be able to run his hybrid spread the way he dreamed with Kaep. He's the Mariotta we missed. He does have good QB IQ, but not great. He could, eventually, be able to make every throw. Again, we need him because he rolls with any coach given without complaining (which Chip needs), and he'd be able to draw some quality free agents with his prestige.
I dint think chip offense will work in the NFL like that. You guys are benefiting from a weak division right now.

Kaep is an athlete. His football smarts stop at the college level. It's been shown that any decent defense has him figured out.

Cardinals might be laying in the cut:sas2:

Carson has another year left on his contract.By then he'll be 37-38

I'd like to see what Arians could do with Kaep.

Kaep has the big arm you need for Arians offense.

Plus he could stay in the division and stick it to the Niners twice a year:sas1:

Arians don't like black.......ummm mobile QBs. Dude basically said he didn't want a mobile QB starting some years ago. But we will see he did let the GM draft the VT light skin brotha.

So maybe Arians chilled on that :mjpls:policy. However he did cut the light skin brotha this preseason...:patrice::jbhmm:

:russ: nikka yous a fukking liar . He never was able to make every throw or go through his reads.

:mjlol:
:heh:
I've watched every single snap of Colin Kaepernick's career. He's had some trouble with touch, but he's been able to make every throw on the field. 2012 he was the number 1 QB in the league in deep accuracy % by a wide margin (60.6% and next closest was 53.2), 2013 he was 5th. The best receivers he's ever played with are Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin, both possession guys, and they've both had great years with him feeding them the ball. Short passes have always been iffy, but we were never a short passing team with him at the helm, and he was never turfing balls on the regular. As for reads, read this Is Colin Kaepernick a 1-read quarterback? It's simple and not so simple . He's not Peyton Manning, and he has issues with consistency, but he's not the one-read retard talking heads have claimed him to be. You don't get consecutive seasons of 90+ QB ratings facing the Rams, Seahawks and Cardinals defenses by not being able to read a defense.

Bruh. You are in denial. Kaep is not accurate and can't read a defense. Any team with a decent defense has figured him out.
There have been 1 read QBs in the NFL for decades, it's not some new thing defenses were unprepared for. If you're a QB that can't read a defense, it doesn't take 2 full years to figure you out. Kap didn't get "figured out" until his offensive line fell apart, it didn't have to do with him being remedial.

We have a division with good front-7's and safety play. It's not that easy. The offenses may be trash tho. We're not built to beat Belichick, but Chip got rid of the SB pieces early, when all we needed was a QB and Oline, so his system has been run by subpar QB'S so it's impossible to judge right now.

What kind of numbers would he put up in those same years in the NFC West vs LOB, AZ, Stl, or that 49er D?:jbhmm:

Kaepernick isn't throwing for 40 touchdowns in any division though.

You could literally build him a division with the three worst pass defenses and he still wouldn't put up 40 TDs over a full season. :heh:

Kaep can throw if you give him some weapons.Has a really good deep ball.

We all know how Arians covets the deep ball.

Kaep is basically what he wished Logan Thomas could turn into.

People are being a little hyper critical of Kaep. Your muscle memory regresses when you're constantly thinking about your out scramble and you stop thinking about foot placement and anticipating receivers breaking coverage.

Alls I know is if you give Kaep Tony Romo time, he'd be an MVP-caliber QB.

Luck threw 40 once, next highest is 23, and he's been facing dogshyt defenses throwing to one of the best receiving cores in the league :heh:

Luck does not have one of the best receiving corps in the league.

Cowboys (healthy), Broncos, Giants, Steelers, Cardinals, Bengals, Jets, Falcons and Saints are all just as good or better.

Also keep trying to downplay 40 TD seasons. Only 8 QBs in NFL history have done it.
Luck is one of them no matter how much shade you try to throw over here.

I'd say the Colts are up there with the best. Hilton, Johnson, Allen, Fleener, Moncreif and Dorsett is an incredible bounty for a QB to have. It's definitely deeper than any other group.
