n left a digital trailAnother thing, I’m glad I raised my sisters to know… I’m not gonna do that bullshyt unless something seriously happened to you.
Glad af they’re smart enough to know how to not be in that situation and smart enough to know I would probably be more mad at them for even asking me to ride on some nikka because he fukking someone else. Wouldn’t even happen honestly, and I’m about %60 sure they could fukk that nikka up themselves if needed
But i do have brothers that I can’t say the same for.
This chick crashed her own crash dummy’s and denying any accountability is wild.
@20:40The Lead Attorney is funny as hell reacting to this testimony

first of all the brother tried to text the defendant and discuss it, after several exchanges, the defendant told them "pull up", we all know what that means. there where actually death threats made on both sides.
and the brother didn't get jumped. testimony is that the defendant came out and tackled the brother, or that the defendant took the first punch. depending on what side is testifying (that's a pretty weird inconsistency but this might be one of the most determining factors on the self defense claim so it makes sense that it's totally different depending on what side it is on).
so to me it seems like a mutual combat.
and there are several sons involved in this and one is dead so cut the incel comments out. you all love it to be one way
this is all on text and video lol, and i'm just into legal cases so i'm more so doing a legal-factual based analysis than picking sides based on emotion like a lot of yall are.
please never comment if you don't know what you are talking about
i didn't say travis texted dom's brother and told them to pull up, i was more so giving facts about his mind state which is a major factor in criminal charges (mens rea). the bottom line is "pull up" doesn't mean, "i fear for my life and worried about my family". not to me
but it seems like a lot of people just think ol boy was charged out of nowhere or just for shyts and giggles. but when you see the evidence (7 days worth now) you can understand why... if you have a little bit of legal knowledge at least.
nikka talks a lot just try to skip thru it7 HOURS nikka
You got to timestamp this shyt next time bruh. I just spent 3 minutes watching this nikka introduce his fans
Forgot about the husbandwonder wha her husband is thinkin lol

nikka talks a lot just try to skip thru it

Then what were you saying in the first text then? Could you please clarify?

well it was the gf who tstified to it so my understanding is he told that to the gf, after an exchange, then later the brother gets involved and he tried to talk to the defendant. and the gf was also texting the defendants brother and the sister, which the defendants sister also texted something like "come over here and you will die" or something like that. i don't know what order it was all in.
but travis didn't text the brother pull up, just like the gf didn't text travis that they were going to kill him or whatever. at least so far as i've seen the evidence, but the defendants case just started so more/other evidence could come out
but the bottom line with the "pull up" comment is going to someone's mental state which is a factor in criminal charges. it's called mens rea and it has to be established for a conviction. what does "pull up" used in a heated argument mean to you?
in a legal sense, it could be considered an agreement to engage in a fight, which is called "mutual combat" and is not a defense to lethal force.
Ohhh… so it’s HIS fault nowi've already clarified in the second quote. i will do so again. it was the gf who tstified to it so my understanding is he told that to the gf, after an exchange, then later the brother gets involved and he tried to talk to the defendant. and the gf was also texting the defendants brother and the sister, which the defendants sister also texted something like "come over here and you will die" or something like that. i don't know what order it was all in.
