I been following this with Lead Attorney.

The girlfriend (ex) literally got on the stand and said; "Yes, I sent a text to my brother to 'shoot up his shyt' and my brother replied with 'He's a dead man walking' and went to Travis' momma house with a gun to attack him...but, I was just playing"

Now, I think the biggest thing working against Travis is; he shot the car up AFTER the dudes were fleeing.

He's gonna be in trouble because of that.

That said, he should've shot them all AS SOON AS THEY PULLED UP, IMO. That's some bullshyt.

The one who actually got shot had a gun in his hand they’ve proven. Lending MAJOR credence to Rudolph’s claim they were pointing a gun at him as they were driving away

I thought that too at first. Travis and his brother is saying that the men were pointing guns from the car. In that case Travis has the legal right to shoot at them.

There is also evidence that the man who died was holding a gun at the time of death. The medical examiner testified about his "death grip".

i feel sorry for her. he husband died on a negligent gun accident and yet her son still out here having a AR :snoop:
Neither of those things has anything to do with the other :skip:

If anything, not having the AR would have gotten him killed along with his brother and mother

Look, I think he should be let go.

One of the guys testified to bringing a gun...so they brought guns and were ready to kill him.

The problem MAY BE (better wording) is if the prosecution can convince the jury that he was safe as the guys fled. They trying to say he ran after them.

Look, in my real life opinion all of them (that came to hurt him) should be dead. They brought atleast one gun, the were there because a chick directly texted "shoot his shyt up" and the brother replied "he's a deadman walking."

He wouldn't be guilty if I was on that jury...fukk the law.

I think the jury will come to a "not guilty" decision pretty quickly. It would be reasonable for any person to shoot in that situation (meaning the guys in the car pointed guns and were not just retreating).

The state did a horrible job and there is more than enough evidence to show those 4 were still a threat while in the car. The Deathgrip sealed it for me.

Bro, I been watching like 4 days all day at work

One of them days, Travis' team was HORRIBLE at cross examination

I'm worried for him

But, I'm hoping you right

Exactly what I thought :mjlol:

Talking just to talk

I hate when people do that. If I'm so wrong, it shouldn't be hard to just say why.

Cause I haven't seen anything about this case to suggest Travis not having an AR would helped him or his family

He did what any responsible gun owner would do. Protect his family

So I hope he gets the justice he deserves

well if you just want to banter and debate basic talking points....you can ask several people in the thread who think he might be guilty. or do you just want my attention like everyone else? :skip: it's too many of yall with basic talking points for me to respond to lol. now if you have something fact based an interesting to say, i might play along :yeshrug:
