"He said he wasn't gonna use the gun so it was all gucci... :hubie:"

The only way this railroad makes sense is if all the other parties were crehs lol. Rudolph must've been about to buy NBC.
Riight? this shyt is absurd. a breh has to be spotless not to do anytime for a clear self-defense situation.

FREE RuDY! in this instance we gotta salute the shooter. he ain't did nothin wrong.

Every witness outside of the neighbor has been a complete sh!tshow. Have his mother or brother testified? They might has well fall back at this point unless the Prosecution calls them on a hail mary.

yeah i think he'll probably get off at least on a different charge if not the whole thing, but i don't buy that he did this out of fear for his life. typically tough guy with a gun shyt.... look at all the responses in the thread. the temperature is more like "how dare yall come at me like this i got something for yall ass", rather than actual self defense lol. self defense is not "i am mad from a fight so i get to shoot you". people should be made to learn self defense laws as well as shooting safety and mental review before being allowed to purchase a gun.

Four men show up at 1am to his home with orders to kill him

At least ONE of those men confirmed via text their intentions to kill him

They beat on the door until the man’s brother shows up

The brother gets jumped by the four men

Man comes out of home to aid his brother

Man sees one of the assailants with a gun

Man fires shots in self defense and fear of his and his brother’s lives

But somehow he wasn’t scared or frightened. It was in a savage rage to look like a tough guy…

first of all the brother tried to text the defendant and discuss it, after several exchanges, the defendant told them "pull up", we all know what that means. there where actually death threats made on both sides.
and the brother didn't get jumped. testimony is that the defendant came out and tackled the brother, or that the defendant took the first punch. depending on what side is testifying (that's a pretty weird inconsistency but this might be one of the most determining factors on the self defense claim so it makes sense that it's totally different depending on what side it is on).
so to me it seems like a mutual combat.
and there are several sons involved in this and one is dead so cut the incel comments out. you all love it to be one way
this is all on text and video lol, and i'm just into legal cases so i'm more so doing a legal-factual based analysis than picking sides based on emotion like a lot of yall are.
please never comment if you don't know what you are talking about

Travis never texted Dom’s brother and told them to pull up. At that point she had already broken his phone which is why her brother couldn’t reach him via call or text. He told Dom to have them pull up directly when she was screaming in front of his house saying her brothers would kill him.

i didn't say travis texted dom's brother and told them to pull up, i was more so giving facts about his mind state which is a major factor in criminal charges (mens rea). the bottom line is "pull up" doesn't mean, "i fear for my life and worried about my family". not to me

but it seems like a lot of people just think ol boy was charged out of nowhere or just for shyts and giggles. but when you see the evidence (7 days worth now) you can understand why... if you have a little bit of legal knowledge at least.

Villa Straylight.
The fact the text messages CLEARLY show the confrontation was pretty much premeditated murder should bare HUGE sway over this trial.

He should walk away scott free and the fact the woman isn’t being charged with setting up a hit is insanity
Not sure why this surprises you. This is the believe women climate bro.

There is NO text that Travis told the brother to “pull up”. You are lying…ironically just like the woman who started all of this lied.
