I don't think the Democrats have done nearly enough. And I can't stand most of them. But to claim there's no difference between voting/no voting is ignorant.



In both 2015 and 2019, I argued right here on thecoli that not voting is a legitimate strategy if Democrats fail to meet important and reasonable Black demands, if they refuse to nominate acceptable candidates. But "always" not voting is just idiocy. Why would Democrats ever meet Black demands if they see that Black turnout still lags even for the candidates that DO support those demands?

That's only a sensible strategy if they believe that they CAN win your vote.
