The reason Sean Nvr got at Drake was bc at the time it was clear that Drake had next and Sean was just a Lil C list nikka that a lot of Ppl assumed was just a flash in a pan so every time somebody would say ":patrice: this nikka kinda flowing like Sean on this" Breh would get laughed at for even listening to Sean and the thought of Drake sharking a Lil nikka like Sean was laughable to some.

But listen to Drakes verse on Forever and then listen to some early Sean and tell me that doesn't sound like a Big Sean impersonation.. Verse garbage as fukk too

The end of that second verse

I could legit see him getting some nice checks from writing :ehh:

But he could have so much more...there wouldn't even be a Drake without Sean and Wayne from the Carter to now has been running with his style...

Besides whatever publishing Sean is seeing with his pen game (which is probably substantial), he's definitely carved out a nice career for himself as a solo artist. He's not mega superstar level, but he's been a rap star for years now. He's a headliner for huge tours, gets lucrative features, etc...not sure why you're acting like he's MC Struggle out here.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if Big Sean hasn't sent Drake a reference verse or two, the similarities between them in the past is too strong to just brush off as Drake using his flow

If Sean wrote for Drake, Drake would have credited it he has shown he has no problems doing that...

Drake wasn't the only rapper who used Sean's flow. Lots of rappers were using it, male and female. Sean wrote for Kanye, not Drake.

This was towards Luda

"I'm like, damn boy, fukk you sayin' boy?
Hatin' on me, knowin' that you is a fan boy
When I'm around you call me Cuz like we fam boy?
Rappin' like me let's me know that I'm the man boy"

Was a response to

"Yeah, don't make me take your life apart, boy
You and whoever the fukk gave you your start boy
Oh, you wanna be a motherfukking funny guy?
Don't make me break your Kevin Hart, boy"

From Drake on "Over My Dead Body"

There are more subs but thats the most obvious one
