My diet is just OK. Only recently I've been paying attention since I have been stagnant at the gym. I was stuck on 245 bench and trying to get 405 squat for about 4 months. Then I started eating 5000 cals, 200g protein and all my lifts went up.
But that's alot of food to eat...

Just keep it up...

Don’t take years off your life fukkin with gear :francis:

Weird question really got nobody else to ask lol... I go to a LA Fitness in the morning before work. A bunch of old CACs and Cubans . Not anybody that would look like they know where to get anything.

Im trying to get way bigger. I just turned 23. I would prefer just HGH because Im not about that cycling life. How would I go about meeting the right people?

From what I Google, people be going to Europe to see docs there to prescribe them but I'm trying to save my bread locally if possible.
I live in Miami BTW.

People that never worked out a day in their life talking about you don't need PEDs
Its a lot of work day in and day out to be muscular and have a low body fat. A couple days of bad eating and your losing your vascularity.


I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a steadily worked out for latest a year.
Most people cant even do that.

Meh. Some ppl use don’t want to wait years.

There’s sources online OP. Browse some bodybuilding forums and you will find one.

Some advice though. If you aren’t able to remain consistent through your cycles you will lose it all and often even More than what you have now as your body adjusts to the lack of PEDs.

I’m not gonna day don’t do it, but I’d put in at least 6 months of very strict dedication in the kitchen and the gym before you touch it.
