Lot of misinformed people on here.


1. HGH doesn't automatically make you swole....in fact, you have to put in more work then before, if you want to maintain the size.

2. Vitamin D can only do so much. At some point you hit the ceiling. This is where HGH/test takes over.

3. HGH is pretty risky - long term. Increases growth of cancers, diabetes, and cholesterol levels.


My advice. Stick to creatine monohydrate. Its cheap (never spend more than $10 or so dollars on it), safe, easy to ingest, and starts working immediately.
The thing about creatine though is that the gains are mostly water retention with some muscle. You also do wanna spend a lil more if youre gonna go that route cuz a lot of these cheap supplements are a bunch of filler and other shyt you dont wanna put in your body :huhldup:

Erectile dysfunction comes from abuse or not doing pct, which leads to a lack of test production. When youre on the shyt, your sex drive will be through the roof due to elevated test. shyt like limp dikk:dame:, acne,man boobs and roid rage stems from hormonal imbalances. If you roid and dont use pct, your natural test levels will drop and probably also stop producing altogether along with estrogen levels rising. This increases visceral fat, gyno and mood swings.

My diet is just OK. Only recently I've been paying attention since I have been stagnant at the gym. I was stuck on 245 bench and trying to get 405 squat for about 4 months. Then I started eating 5000 cals, 200g protein and all my lifts went up.
But that's alot of food to eat...
If you need all that to increase your strength, you may have those :flabbynsick: genes as mentioned

Breh you really don't know what you are talking about if you think drugs only enable the body to go harder in the gym and put in more work.

There are drugs that allow the body to stay big while also being cut and having low body fat percentage year round. The level of vasucalirty while being huge can only be attained by drugs year round.

Look up FFMI... Fat Free Mass Index. People with an FFMI of 25 or above are not natural.

The notion that drugs just make you just go harder is ridiculous.
Of course there are various types of roids for various purposes. However, to get the most out of em you gotta go the extra mile in your workouts and they enable you to do so. You cant just pop some pills, stick some needles, do an avg workout and think youre gonna get shredded/swole as fukk. Even on roids you gotta work hard and watch your diet.

this gon sound crazy i started losing hair on creatine. i was on that shyt when i first started. my hairline started getting tatered up. go Google that shyt... i aint the only one.

How long you even been lifting consistently for? The vast majority of women prefer the natural lean look.

but i been lifting for 2 years now. im not super muscular inmy upper body. all my weight is in my back and legs
You a big azz nikka at that weight! What's your body fat percentage and your all natural thus far?

IDK what my bodyfat is but i can see my abs so i guess im not huge. only thing i use is whey and multivitamin / fish oil

Did you ever get the HGH or get on any steroid cycle?

Because I have similar stats to you.. 6 ft 200lbs lean and all muscle and anyone can tell I lift.

Plus how were you stuck at benching 245lbs? :mjlol:
