1. HGH doesn't automatically make you swole....in fact, you have to put in more work then before, if you want to maintain the size.
2. Vitamin D can only do so much. At some point you hit the ceiling. This is where HGH/test takes over.
3. HGH is pretty risky - long term. Increases growth of cancers, diabetes, and cholesterol levels.
My advice. Stick to creatine monohydrate. Its cheap (never spend more than $10 or so dollars on it), safe, easy to ingest, and starts working immediately.
