The league is still growing and making money, but the entertainment value is at an all time low. I won't pretend to know what the ratings situation is...and those numbers can be misleading anyways. I know I dont really give a shyt about the all star game or any other game that doesn't involve my team. Alot of games are fukkin unwatchable with the way the game is played nowadays. Alot of it is out of Silvers hands. Would the league make more money if it was presented better? Tough to say when most of the money that's flowing in comes from the networks presenting the games. We could list Silvers win/loss record when it comes to the decisions he's made during his tenure so far...but he's tried hard and done some good things for the league despite covid happening and the hyper accellerated evolution of the nba game, technology, social media and DSPs etc. He's still got some L's. The apron shyt is wack as hell. The way the game is played sucks to watch alot of the time...thats an L. The In-season tourney needs some work...as does the all star game. The Play-in is a W. The rights deal is dub even though ESPNs coverage is trash.

What we dont need is anyone being more like Stern. Its always gonna be fukk David Stern. I imagine he's looking up at Adam Silver like a proud dad watching how he pulled off that coup with the Lakers and the Mavericks and Cooper Flagg lol.
