It's another way for them to say "We got money to blow. fukk helping the poor. Hold ya own nuts, bytches"

I don’t think that’s a waste of money for pilot helmets
"We now have technology to take ET home. No it won't take someone's lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do it.Let ET and his cousin cross that ozone layer, they getting smoked off that bicycle![]()
It makes the plane they are in “invisible” so they can see the entire field of battle in real time. shyt is cool as fk and is next Gen, but we probably won’t ever get to actively use them in battle unless aliens show up and we use them in an air battle.
that seems pretty reasonable compared to other less capable helmets, check out how much nods cost for example
and those aren't even the latest generation, these shyts here are basically predator vision and are probably gonna be $100k+ on the civilian market![]()

Not sure any of it will have any value for civilian products - at best it's a way to line the pockets of contractors and to keep the military-industrial-complex juiced while also being a subsidy for state-side tech companiesThat's Research and Development. In a few years, that tech will trickle down to civilians just like the Internet and microwave ovens.
we actually should be budgeting for that, especially with our nuclear weapons, It may seem like a waste to but with how big our universe is and how clueless we are to things out there simply put, that possibility will always be there for intergalactic invasion. It makes the plane they are in “invisible” so they can see the entire field of battle in real time. shyt is cool as fk and is next Gen, but we probably won’t ever get to actively use them in battle unless aliens show up and we use them in an air battle.
