I love reading threads like these because once upon a time, I did the whole "no fap" before it was known as "no fap" between the ages of 14 to 19. I had personal issues with myself like most no fap people do and blamed it on masturbation.

I would go on 6 month intervals not touching myself and yeah, I sure missed out but I did it because I too felt that it would make me better person. Would say that I was more energetic and focused like the typical no fap guy today except this was 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. Eventually, I realized how stupid it was because not fapping didn't change shyt in my life. In fact, fapping actually help me accept myself where I could helped me put together the pieces of the puzzle
You don't have to masturbate everyday or routinely. Do it in moderation or chill if you feel its affecting you where you're dependent on it where it's fukking things up for you like work or school. But to have this whole anti masturbation shyt going on blaming it for your problems, stop. It's you and you need to face your problems.
It's funny seeing some 90s baby who more than likely is a misc forum poster able to push this junk science bullshyt and gain a following. Keep in mind that there were people that came before that have tried to shame people for that shyt and these were the moral police that were against sex and just human behavior. They were advocate circumcision, torture and all sorts of shyt to keep people from being human, making them ashamed of their sexuality when that's how we got here or is responsible for the human races continuance. Don't be ashamed to jerk off.
