My mom makes me coconut oil.

I use a raw shea butter that I get from the Keele and Shepherd beauty store. The label fell of, but when I buy a new one I'll let you know.

I suppose it would depend on the brand. My sister bought some and the smell and texture was different. It looked like the brand she bought they mixed it with something, which is why there was a faint smell of coconut.

I have never been able to wash my face with soap. For the past couple of years I've been doing the oil cleansing method. I use half castor oil and half olive oil. Its been working well.

Trying to change my lotion and soaps up (like black soap, stuff to clear acne and acne scars, etc.). What y'all using and what y'all recommend for someone that's multicolored (face the lightest, arms and legs the same, then my torso is dark, while my back matches my face )

The science of skin:

Water is the only moisturiser. Everything else seals in the water.

I use aloe vera gel which is basically water then I seal it with eurcerin on my body. I use avocado oil to seal it on my face.

I use a whipped blend of shea butter, cocoa butter, apricot oil and sweet almond oil; I generally buy my ingredients on Amazon, unless I can find them in the international food market.

I mix baby oil and whatever lotion I am using at the moment. That is what keeps my body moisturizer the whole day.
