Giannis doesn’t deserve slander for this loss. You’re gassing it. It isn’t like he choked or quit in embarrassing fashion like the Nets did. It isn’t like Giannis is getting praised even though he lost like KD did last year or like Bron often does. The Celtics were clearly the better team throughout the whole series — Giannis’ greatness is the only reason we thought that the Bucks might be able to pull it off.

Some guys get much worse slander when they lose because they’re simply more deserving of slander than Giannis. Other guys get it worse because of agendas. Other guys skate by with none. It is what it is.
