Now that I've read the links and tweets.. It's kind of serious. When you have a missile that can fly higher than a NASA Space Station(basically avoiding satellite detection), that is a problem. If a deployed nuclear warhead gets to the mainland or any land with human population, there will be casualties.

Living in a medium sized city makes me feel awful because if we do get nuked it prolly won't be my city...but I know that means we are all gonna die eventually.
Speaking worst case scenario, you'd only be in danger if you: a) Live in a major metropolitan city that's a target b)Worked for a big government agency building that was a target: Pentagon, White House, etc c)You live in a town or city with a military installation that is a target.
I'm surprisingly interested in hearing a scenario where the US could be hit by an ICBM because I've heard all my life about the "the United States cannot be hit by missiles/invaded" my entire life. I assume with the right intelligence, probably coming from China and/or Russia, the United States is susceptible.
