in 2023?

College courses
  • Accounting
  • Advertising
  • Hiring
  • Algebra and Stats
  • Management/Operations Management
  • Law for Business
  • Finance
Online
  • Paid Advertising - Tiktok, FB, IG, Google Ads/Adsense
  • Social Media Marketing
That's off top.

But more than just information, they need someone to implement.

And anyone who frequent black owned business know we're lacking big time in the above. Speaking for myself, some black business owners are horrible at communicating and advertising. Prices say one thing on paper/online, then you're charged something else. Or you drive there, because their google account is saying open, only to pull up and its closed.. And i can't speak for all black businesses, but the ones I deal with see absolutely no problem with this. They think black people be on black people time 24/7.. I got shyt to do and I spent your money with someone else already.

Answer my question. But in the west, a local service and a media buying agency - both with employees

Cool, good for you. But you're saying you don't need people to start a business.. Do you know what it takes to start a HVAC business, a masonry business, a landscaping business, a carpentry business?.. Once you answer this question, then I'll interject people and why they're needed. If you are business owner like you say, a light bulb will click.

Even when I’ve met women who were “bosses” they tend to live out their means check to check . Leased Benz, expensive apartment, expensive purse nothing in it
I've been saying this
Most Black ppl especially are broke
All this boss bytch shyt is a tiny percent of our demographic

If you lack capital, pick another business or model

I said anything about capital, you just threw that in the dialog. I said "people". Do you have "people" working for you? Do you have "people" patronizing your business? Yes or No answer is all that's needed here.

Definitely need more Black hair care products. The market is there.

I'm not clowning other Black people for trying and not doing as well as they might have hoped. That is some bootlicking c00n shyt imo and representative of what I talk about as being anti-Black.

Every Black person should try to open up a business and make some money off of it. Like BlackPearl mentioned, the experience alone is beneficial and might be useful down the line. (Of course educate yourself on the basics before doing that. :whoa:)

Just my $0.02

This is a black issue more than a woman issue. For every black business created, Hispanics create around three and those numbers have been consistent for years. Also, most of black businesses are sole proprietorship with no physical location.

As for the push on black women businesses, its capitalism. Folks should start thinking about how capitalism views black men and our dollar.

Lol I literally said I have employees. And how else would I be paying their salaries without clients patronizing the business?
