I woke up, my knee is fine, the swelling went down, and I can walk.

I know you were counting on my downfall, but its gonna take a whole lot more than that

RICE - rest, ice, compression, elevation

1. take 2 over-the-counter ibprofen to bring down the swelling.
2. get a bag of ice to put on your knee to bring down the swelling.
3. If you have an ACE bandage, wrap it around your knee.
4. get some pillows and lay down on a couch, a bed or floor. Prop your bad knee up on the pillow. Put the ice bag on your knee. Rest. If you walk around and stuff, you are making things worse.

fukking salute this man actually trying to help...i wrapped ice around my knee and passed out from drinking again last night i woke up with a wet couch, but the swelling was down and i can walk again
