He's actually been playing real well, any time he's gotten minutes he's produced, had a couple real good games when Thad Young was out. Dropped 20 points in one game on good %s. His jumper has looked wet as hell for most of the season.

What I'm wondering is why is it that these new top picks need so long to have an impact? We didn't give Lebron, LJ, Alonzo Mourning, Iverson or D.Rose more recently 2 years to have a significant impact...aren't these guys supposed to be the best at their age?
