The last championship was 1995.

He is both owner and GM. He is not a good GM.

He only hires yes men. Not real coaches with backbone that want to win. He has to have his hands all over the franchise.

If the Cowboys are smart they hold out on paying both. If Dak cant do it without Ceedee it proves Dak needs to take a team friendly deal. Or at least brings down the number of suitors in a bidding war. If Dak succeeds it says you should pay Dak and go cheap on weapons. If Dak is mediocre or bad your in the Shadeur sweepstakes. The Jaguars have three conference championship game appearances since the last time the Cowboys have made a conference championship. The Jets have two I believe. This is why I have a love hate relationship with the Cowboys, because a lot of Cowboy fans are delusional. This team is a fukking shyt show and has been for nearly 30 years. Instead of the fans actually holding the team accountable like most other teams fanbases would do, they buy into the fukking hype every year and talk about dusty ass old rings. Laker fans don't care about rings from the 70's and 80's no more. You don't hear Steeler fans talking about winning 4 super bowls in the 70's. That shyt is ANCIENT HISTORY. Sports is what have you done for me lately, not what you did for me when I was in diapers.
