Foxy Brown - "Affirmative Action"

"32 grams raw, chop it in half, get 16. / Double it times 3, we got 48, which mean a whole lot of cream. / Divide the profit by four, subtract it by eight, we back to sixteen..."

Foxy Brown must be the worst drug dealer ever. I want to buy drugs from her. The unintentional savings you can catch are probably amazing.

:dead:

Breh I mustโ€™ve been the first person to ever do that Doc Rivers gif when I heard her verse on affirmative action :dwillhuh:

but Dre had a very believable delivery unlike a lot of kids today who sound like they wear dresses. :mjlol:

half of them DO wear dresses and blouses and pearls and shyt.
But to the thread title, no one is looking at Nuthin But A G Thang as a lyrical masterpiece. This is not Stray Bullet, Paid In Full or a late 90s Canibus verse.

Gimme the microphone first, so I can bust like a bubble :beli:

Unfadeable, so please don't try to fade this :martin:

And that's realer than Real-Deal Holyfield:snoop:

When I'm on the mic, it's like a cookie, they all crumble :aicmon:

Never let me slip, cause if I slip, then I'm slippin :dahell:

I could see you mocking this based off written words. Or hearing it if you're a younger hip hop fan. It's still nothing to get near making light of.

You must not have been there in 1992 when it played on the radio. This track has one of the most classic, dope and radio friendly rhymes of all time. I actually feel more hip hop that gets on the radio should follow Dr.Dre's "Ain't nothing but a G thang"'s lead.

May I ask what year you were born?

I'll tell you I was born in Dec 1981. I was 10 years old when I dubbed this track from radio to tape. I was obsessed with it for years. I still am.
