But dc/nova/md is pretty much recession due to all that gov $$$$ which feeds the legal and IT fields. Still planning on going elsewhere since I got different priorities these days

Some neighborhoods in NOVA leave garage doors opened, house windows fully-wide so you can see everything in the house :wow:

Not surprising

Two of the wealthiest areas per capita in the nation, (tech) opportunity abounds along w/ all of the other parts of that field. I took on a few condominiums in Arlington (Clarendon specifically) as clients and their one bedroom units start at $500K. Not to mention the cost of the single family houses in North Arlington. It's baffling sometimes.

Yeah we're eating out here. A lot of money generated with Info/Sys Security, Gov. contracting, and general IT. Wife and I keep telling my bro to move out here with his wife, but they won't budge.
I am going back to school for Info security.

So there are Millennials in their 30's also?

So who the fukk is the next generation that was born in the 2000's-Late 90's?

:mindblown: These sociological marketing terms are kooky.

Yeah, I believe Millennials are 24 to 35 years olds.

As for the next generation, they are Generation "Lost" aka Gen "I'm Lazy so Give More Unearned Shyt to Me":troll::wow:
