It's all the same generation. A generation is 20-25 years.
Anyone born between 1985 and 2000 classifies as a millennial. Either you were in high school/college at the turn of the millennium or you were a pre-teen or you were a kid. The kids born from 2000 - 2016 are called Generation Z.
