You can't tell me shyt, they put chemicals in American foods. It's more expensive to be on a diet. I know trust me, it cuts into my pockets.

dunno what city you live in, but farmers markets are plentiful and accessible in every big, or even small-mid sized city in the country. depending on the location they'll also give people transportation vouchers to get to and from there, and all vendors are (were, anyway. may change with trump?) set up to accept SNAP, EBT and TA benefits.

there is a big push for healthy and whole eating across the country and a decent sized push to help people in "food deserts" get access to whole foods. whole, raw foods are generally ...acually not generally, ill say ALWAYS cheaper than the easy, bad, processed shyt. food banks will help the most destitude get access to food in general, and also get access to info on how to cook and eat healthily

if you live in a food desert and work two full time jobs to the point where it leaves you no time to cook, than thats a reasonable excuse. but if you are posting on here - no offense - that wouldnt apply to you

no disrespect but eating DECENT is not a privilege for the select few anymore . at this point the only barrier of entry is the info, time and minimal effort it takes. and all of that is available if you want it

if you have access to a grocery store, shop around the perimeter for the majority of your shyt and stay out of the isles...unless you're getting seasonings, rice, pasta, and things like that.

but, if you have the means of transport and the availability in your area, and want to make the effort, get everything at a farmers market. bread, meat, produce, etc... do yourself a favor

if your only option is a shytty corner deli or bodega with the dusty little debbie rack, look up what programs your city has in place to get you better access to food. because even if your city doesnt have something going, a non-profit or farmers themselves definitely will

respect the farmers brehs

He don't know what he talking about, just repeating things he see on TV or what other people say. People use the same arguments talking poor blacks not having access to healthy food. My folks used to get $500 a month in food stamps and we ate good than a mofo:ohlawd:

A pack of boneless skinless chicken breast is like $11.:blessed: A pack of chicken thighs is $3:dwillhuh:. There's a gang of ways to cook chicken  Eggs is $2. A sack of potatoes is cheap. Frozen mixed vegetables are cheap. A big container of Quaker oatmeal is like $4, have you fuller than a mutha:whew:. Pancake mix don't cost much and can feed a lot of people. And you don't even need food stamps for all of that.

Fresh fruits and fresh vegetables are suspect, but frozen ain't gone kill you.

I know all of this because I'm tryna lose weight on a budget and make do what's out there.:manny:

He seems pretty content to just sit around and play video games and eat. I watch My 600 lb life, and most of those people are on disability and food stamps because they can barely move. He seems pretty capable of hopping up, and moving around. He can't even be motivated to get dressed.

:hhh:

I knew it was between this or My 600 lb life. :mjlol:

I just found out a lady in my building is on that show or about to be on it. I saw some meals in a bag at the front desk and was joking with the concierge that they were for me. She told me that they were delivered for this real big lady who walks with a walker and said she was on the show 600 pound life.

He basically admitted to eating himself to suicide. Wild shyt. This show is so disturbing to watch.

I weighed almost 300 pounds and that was beyond uncomfortable. I had no self esteem or sex life and was horribly out of shape. How the fukk do you go to double that and still think nothing of it? :dwillhuh:
