Apparently Malone and booth were a shyt show behind the scenes. It had been reported a lot that they didn’t agree on a vision for the team, but they were sabotaging eachother by not playing certain guys or not signing certain guys. Instead of picking sides, Kroenke just fired both.

i'm not saying he's the main reason, im saying just because he's getting numbers (kinda) doesn't mean he's actually playing well.

Peyton watson has been "a three pointer away" for 3 seasons now. He's just not that good. It's not malone's fault. When you have Nikola Jokic, you shouldn't be worrying about Peyton Watson, Pickett, or any other young player. They didn't replace the production of their championship vets and put in some young inexperienced, unproven, mediocre guys when they have a 3x MVP and all-time great player in his prime. That's why they're in this position. The GM paid Saric, MPJ, and let Jeff Green, Bruce Brown and KCP walk.

Calvin Booth has been bullshytting for a minute. Coaching isn't holding these guys back. Their bench is just putrid

It was clear in last years’ playoffs that they only have 6 guys that could play in the playoffs. All booth did during the offseason and trade deadline is lose one of them.

All of these young guys that booth thought could backfill those spots have gotten chances, and none of them look like they can play in a playoff series.

Whoever the new GM ends up being has a lot of work to do.
