I agree with you and everyone else that they all fukked up.
But we forget these guys are pros. They got scouting, they do this for a living. Beal is a poor defender, drive to the hoop and draw a foul and end the game with a free-throw. OR immediately shoot the three while you have numbers cuz there's only 2.5 seconds on the clock and you'll have just enough time for your teammates to clean up if you brick. He had the ball in his hands, the result is entirely on him -- nobody else.

He should have sprinted up the court instead of jogged, but running to the corner falls on Mike Malone. Jamal Murray is also just a poor point guard. He should’ve attacked Beal and then the pass to the wing doesn’t look so idiotic.
