i was in junior high back when that dropped. i like to seperare pop music with the usual mainstream rap. My Name Is might not be a full fledged hip hop record but it isn't some crossover type steez that Drake does.

but Drake gets play on Z-100 & KTU which are pop stations, so where you gettin at? other outlets will play other music, Em isn't a hip hop soul artist so they put him in the Rock category. not to mention My Name is samples a soft rock record so maybe that's why they played his music.
