No. Hotline Bling sales were included from the beginning. Hotline Bling streams and sales for singles purchased are two different things.

Again, 1.1 billion streams/1500 = 733k

Those streams are not being counted in the 630k he did within the first 24 hours

It's not even a guarantee the youtube & spotify streams will count

Sales have always been inflated, imagine how easy it is when you're signed to the exclusive distributor of your music who also only distributes digital copies so there's no product to account for.

Going beyond that, I bought the CD with a maxed out card not even realizing it. (I like Drake's music no hater here and this albums been hyped up like crazy) I got the album still wasn't charged or have a pending purchase. Something's up, Apple has more invested in Drake than any other artist.
