Folks over think this stuff lol every so called black health guru gives info that conflicts with the next persons info.
Our ancestors ate high carb moderate protein moderate fat diets. The easiest way to do this is to limit processed foods, pretty much if the food wasnt grown or killed and cooked then lower your intake on it. When i do eat processed foods i typically fast the next day.
Also we eat too much, our ancestors tended to eat 1-2 meals a day, in america we are eating literally 4-6 times a day, not even when we are hungry but when we see food we eat. We are literally taking to form of Hogs when you look at how the avg american is built.
And i will agree we eat too much meat. Imo red meat should be eaten WAY less, i probably eat it 1-2 times a month, but even then if you eat red meat i wouldnt eat meat the following day just cause it takes longer to digest. Im not Anti pork either but i dont mess with it besides if i get a sandwich or something that has bacon on it.
What are you guys thoughts on things like multi vitamin? I have taken them for years but i noticed most sports supplements are formulated for white folks who require different doses of things. For example bodybuilders preach high protein but look at our ancestors they were muscular by nature same with us so imo we shouldnt really be following western dietary rules as they arent meant for us.
