When I was first starting out I was extra skinny so I was eating 3000-3400 calories per day
I was tired all the time just from eating
I been slowly scaling back now I'm at about 2750:DKPop:
Whew. After a bulk, heavy cut. 1900 Calories, Under 30g of carbs.
Week 1/12. Making it a fun thing, but will see how long that lasts.

	 My knee was fucced up from track so I've been easing back into all the leg work.  A lot of muscles imbalances from running in a damn circle so much
