Main roster is Fit Finlay, who I'm pretty sure is told that Divas matches are time wasters and only lets them do enough to get through a 4 minute match. NXT is Sara Del Rey who's one of the greatest American female wrestlers ever. They're not comparable and it's not the fault of (some) of the women on the main roster.
