Nobody cares about who the transition team for an administration is. It doesn't move the needle and nobody can point to a single example of it mattering unless crimes are literally being committed (see: Adams). His success or failure is going to depend entirely on whether he makes NY more affordable, not who he hired on a transition team two months before being sworn in.
