What would I do to get NYC out of $12 million in debt? I would tell you I would not raise property taxes by 10% so those who are renters have to suffer because of that. That I would tell you I would NOT do.

Also I wouldn’t leave homeless out to freeze to death (16 dead at least) during the last snow that everyone warned him to leave the homeless out there. But he was so proud to revoke the policy of removing homeless people from outdoor spaces
