i never been robbed in the PJs either. ive spent countless hours in melrose houses in the bronx and i live near manhattanville houses and my grandmother lives in st nicholas houses in harlem. im not some out of touch white boy from the suburbs just being racist. im keeping it real without victimizing myself and my people. when we stop looking for outside sources to blame for all our troubles and man the fukk up and take responsibility for how fukking idiotic and ratchet we are in our own neighborhoods peeing in OUR elevators, shooting up OUR blocks, selling drugs to OUR people, killing OUR own people, then we might get somewhere. nikkas in the hood, dominicans and mexicans and puerto ricans most certainly included, dont know how to fukking act, plain and simple. nikkas are ignorant as fukk and get off on being that way. i was one of them. i thought i was fukking cool as fukk walking around listening to the lox and driving around with a gun under the drivers seat and driving my boys around looking for robbery victims. that stop and frisk shyt makes nikkas think twice about bringing the burners outside and thats a GOOD thing. yea 9 out of 10 are innocent but maybe those 9 out of 10 should turn their fukking anger on that 1 for fukking shyt up for the rest of them. instead those 9 out of 10 are crying about being stopped and protesting it even if that means number 10 can bring his burner back outside and rob numbers 1 thru 6.

If we're talking anecdotally about whether or not you're going to be robbed after dark, I'd be more likely to take the word of person who's been there after dark over the word of a person who simply visits during the daytime.

At the end of the day, stop-and-frisk is a crappy, ineffective, discriminatory method of policing that spits in the face of the Constitutional rights of black and Latino men living in NYC. And I'm glad there's going to be some much needed reforms.

to clarify, i dont step foot in the projects after dark ANYMORE. ive spent plenty of time in them at all times of the day before. im almost 30 yrs old, ive done more than my share of slumming and acting up in the ghetto, all over the bronx and harlem and still have friends there.

Stop and Frisk does little to deter crime since crime was dropping prior to it.
