im dead serious. its true. people that are up to no good are the ones most against stop & frisk. i mean the s&f shyt is annoying anyway when you aint doing anything wrong but its not like cops are driving around the columbia university campus or wall street or outside of libraries looking for minorities to stop and frisk for no reason. they stopping and frisking minorities in the ghetto, most of which, and i would bet my life on this, are up to no good in the first place. lets be real with ourselves here. as a nyc resident, i wouldnt step foot in any PJs after dark cause its a very good chance im gonna get robbed. nypd is just using an extreme measure to curb that threat.

Dog, more black men were stopped because of stop and frisk than the number of black men in the city. It has nothing to do with preventing crime as the stats prove its less than 7% effective.

the problem is that you can catch a bullshyt charge off it, and for that reason people get put in the system. u cant justify someone gettin caught with a dimebag or some shyt who has now been processed by the court, because of stop and frisklets take 600,000 stop and frisks on average a year.

yea by the numbers shyt does not look pretty, but even if 9 out of 10 are innocent, that 1 dude with outstanding warrant and gun on him being arrested just saved maybe 4-6 potential victims. so yea innocent people have to deal with this shyt, shyt i dealt with it not even a month ago, but if u aint got shyt to hide there is nothing to worry about.
if the only thing that was admissible from stop and frisk was guns then

Stop & frisk was some of the most racist shyt ever.. One day I was coming home late from work(like 2am), these cacs just hoped out of an undercover cop car disguised as a cab and patted me down for no reason whatsoever. White NYPD officers make me sick.

I step out my crib a few years back to go to the store right up the block from me and out of nowhere blue and white hopped out searched me and ask if I had a gun...Mind you i'm in the corner store at the fukking atm with a white tee, shorts and flip flops at around 8pm in the summer time

I'm not quite sure how any intelligent human being can defend such a blatantly racist, inhuman, unconstitutional policy with such fervor. We already have elements of an emerging police state with NYPD's 'Stop & Frisk' policy, NSA's wiretapping (that the president denied on national television), the media's nonstop attack on the 2nd amendment, TSA's security theater, etc. which are all surviving remnants of Nazi Germany.
Unfortunately the government has done a tremendous job dumbing down (i.e.: subpar education system, fluoride water contamination, disinformation campaigns, etc.) and distracting (i.e.: sports, television, celebrity gossip, trolling of media personalities, Trayvon Martin, etc.) to the point that people are content with their slavery. I'm sure if the government decided to install surveillance cameras in everyone's bedrooms there will be very little resistance. And the people who do display an iota of backbone will be branded as 'conspiracy theorists', 'nutjobs', and 'terrorists' as embracing government abuse with open arms becomes commonplace.
In the case of New York City crime is a major problem that has plagued the city for decades. However, there are ways to combat crime without infringing on people's personal rights. Bloomberg's quickness in employing and defending totalitarian methodologies is a testament to the inefficiency and wastefulness of big government (local and federal). How anyone can be a socialist and champion big government is beyond me.

Although I don't agree with stop and frisk, I won't front like a lot of the robbing, shooting and killing committed in a lot of neighborhoods are done by brown (black, latino, etc) folks. It's a hard position to take sides with.
out of curiosity, what hood did this happen? cause if this happend for no reason in a reasonably safe neighborhood then i agree, it was just cause u black. but if that shyt happend in a bad neighborhood then, even tho i understand ur annoyance, dont just be upset at the cops for doing what their bosses told them to do, be mad at the stupid nikkas that made stop and frisk in ur hood so necessary.

Agreed. The drug laws are stupid and cost tax payers more money than anything....however if you think cops are writing up kids with no priors/marijuana priors over a dime bag youre crazy...cops hate paper work more than anything.
