Yeah if you come across a hard on cop Im sure all bets are off....but the city essentially looks like other way when it comes to weed. Walk arouns for 20 minutes you'll come across someone smoking guaranteed. But technically speaking carrying pot on you without the intent to sell is only a violation.
yea. from what i hear since i stopped smoking they have been less a$$holes about that shyt but back when i was smoking people were being put in paddy wagons left and right all over the city for smoking joints. my brother did get locked up for smoking last winter tho n he was just enjoying half a blunt after work in the park. poor guy had to do 20 hours at Manhattan bookings after a 24 hour shift at work.
