i saw it but then in ur next post u said violent crime has been steadily dropping anyway which seems to be an argument against it in the first place. ive read in more than 1 place people saying "violent crimes have been steadily decreasing since before stop and frisk started" and insinuating stop and frisk had nothing to do with that

im dead serious. its true. people that are up to no good are the ones most against stop & frisk. i mean the s&f shyt is annoying anyway when you aint doing anything wrong but its not like cops are driving around the columbia university campus or wall street or outside of libraries looking for minorities to stop and frisk for no reason. they stopping and frisking minorities in the ghetto, most of which, and i would bet my life on this, are up to no good in the first place. lets be real with ourselves here. as a nyc resident, i wouldnt step foot in any PJs after dark cause its a very good chance im gonna get robbed. nypd is just using an extreme measure to curb that threat.

out of curiosity, what hood did this happen? cause if this happend for no reason in a reasonably safe neighborhood then i agree, it was just cause u black. but if that shyt happend in a bad neighborhood then, even tho i understand ur annoyance, dont just be upset at the cops for doing what their bosses told them to do, be mad at the stupid nikkas that made stop and frisk in ur hood so necessary.

I step out my crib a few years back to go to the store right up the block from me and out of nowhere blue and white hopped out searched me and ask if I had a gun...Mind you i'm in the corner store at the fukking atm with a white tee, shorts and flip flops at around 8pm in the summer time

I was in South Jamaica last week in the night in a corner store and as usual during the week the cops were at random blocks just standing on corners ....

I am hanging outside then go inside the store to check my balance on the ATM inside.......

I walk out and I am standing checking my receipt on the tiny ass peice of paper ...

I then start to walk off and as I am walking off I notice the pasty cac cop closer to me than he was before with his head stretched out.....and im thinking this mother fukker really is sticking his nose into my business and trying to peak at what the receipt says? I just gave him a dirty look(yeah i know you guys are gonna say i should not have done that) and kept walking.

I have been in the precincts and it is not a cliche or false statement at all that these cops act like Frat Boys

By the way now that we are talking about this, did any of you guys see that blogger Chrystal Knight on Anderson the other night be the ONLY one in the panel defend Stop and Frisk? She made herself look like a complete fool especially with Anderson laughing at her stupid ass.

im dominican and ive been stopped and frisked about 5 or 6 times in the last 10 years and ive been locked up 3 times for carrying marijuana n one of those times i had a knife on me. im from the hood and my opinion remains even tho i have friends and RELATIVES that are stop and frisk targets. people i grew up with who will keep having to deal with this. but u know what? my anger isnt misplaced at the cops who are just doing a job they are told to do, my anger is at the fukking idiots and morons who make stop and frisk necessary in our hoods in the first place. so to me it isnt fukk the nypd, its fukk the "thugs and gangstas" that make my hood so dangerous that my brothers and cousins and friends have to be stopped and frisked.

You made the argument that there'd be more shootings if those guns were still on the streets. I pointed out that the violent crime rate has been steadily falling, so absent some other factor, why would there be more shootings, even with more guns available? After all, there's 16,000 fewer guns on the streets and yet the number of shootings has flatlined.
