NYC Hip Hop might not be on top like it once was...But NYC is still the best city in the world.

NYC has a little bit of everything from all over the world here



Everyone from around the world comes here...Such bragging rights are very limited.



We have the west, midwest and the south all in NYC. We have the same type of Hollywood attractions. The fast pace life of 42nd street has always been compared to the Las vegas strip.



We have every race and nationality of the opposite sex.


We have food from all over the world...Even our midwestern pizza is better. LOL. You can go to a hood chinese resturant, U got Americanized chinese resturants that caters to whites like Shun Lee or you can go to chinatown and get chinese food the way chinese make it for themselves.


We have Farms, suburbs, citys and gated communities with mansions.



For fukkery we have every drug imaginable. We have the after hour spots and night life and the underground nightlife after hour spots (like that gambling spot in Harlem Nights, those things really do exist here)





also...Anyone who thinks they're being cute at pointing their finger at NYC Hip Hop not being on top like it once was doesnt know anything about the culture. When Afrika Bambaataa was setting up parameters for the culture he envisioned Hip Hop being done all over the world so he embraced when The south took over as well as the asian breakdancers because that was the original vision Afrika Bambaataa had. NYC not being dominant in Hip Hop mainstream like it once was is supposed to be a good thing because it represents growth but those who dont know the culture will say otherwise

I been all over the country and no city has the energy of NYC. I do miss how the city was before 9/11 though. You were damn near right outside Philly when you would see the towers in the distance on 95.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn. Canarsie to be specific where the west indian population is huge. You can find some of the BEST Jamaican food in the WORLD in Flatbush Brooklyn. I put that shyt on everything. Im not even talking about sit down restaurants im talking hood take out joints on Utica, Church, Flatbush ave etc.

Come to NYC and you want some of the Best Jamaican food something that would rival dishes straight from "Montego Bay" go to The Door on Baisley ave ironically in Jamaica Queens

This is true. One of my sisters lived in Flatbush for a while. Not too far from Prospect Park. She lived right over top a Jamaican carry out. Only place I had better Jamaican food was in Jamaica. Only thing is they were open 24/7 and the music literally never went off

Greatest thing about both cities is the mix of nationalities all over the world that live there, the food, the culture & the women from everywhere in the world... Not many cities have that feeling.
