People really this angry over not being able to hit the gym. If it's REALLY that serious there's plenty of equipment that can be bought to make a home gym. Now let's see how many go that route:comeon: Most of y'all nikkas probably ain't big anyway.

Gym equipment is bulky and expensive. That’s the point of paying someone else to use theirs Genius :comeon:

Bruh I just saw mine closed on Facebook. Ffs man. I wanted to see if my 1RM on OHP went up. Now I wont know for two weeks at least. Worst, my strength will regress a bit. These calesthenics cats dont understand just how much more “use it or lose it” counts for weightlifting.

If you really big, if you really about that and have experience, then 2 weeks ain't gone hurt you. Any person that's been lifting, anybody with real experience know it doesn't take long to recoup what they lost, your body picks up on that regime quick.

This is common knowledge for anybody who really about that life.

Prison working in the morning and intermittent fasting/meditation are about to be a way of life for me
This is the conclusion I’ve come to. I’m trying one meal a day with hitting up the park 5-6 days a week. My definitely has to be more on point now.


And I’m off(work in the school system) from work!
