All things considered, Chapman deserved a better fate that giving up that run.

But this Yankee team even in a likely split just highlight that they might not be as good as their record says they are.

C’mon a split in Fenway against a potent offense.

I‘m taking that anyday.

Regression was due.

The mutha****in BX
Hicks is a fukking dog in the outfield.

He gets bad reads. His arm is shot, and worst of all, he half-asses it on too many plays.

The fact that they have the record they do with him and Gallo wasting roster spots is amazing

It's like the Astros series. It's not the result, but how they got there showed a lot of warts they gotta fix.

With Houston, the offense would die for long stretches.

In this series, it's been a lot of weird managerial decisions, suspect starting pitching, and then the offense in this series would turn on and off against inferior pitching across the board.

We're 14-15 up on Boston, but we're legitimately staring down the possibility of the field being us, Houston, and two of the AL East being around for the divisional series. and all of them have a blueprint on how to beat us.

It’s more or less them beating themselves whenever they lose.

Just fix the kinks come Playoff time. I’m confident with this team once they get the acquisitions to improve.
