Bryan Reynolds’s requested a trade from Pittsburgh. It’s a typical Cashman move.

I’ve felt this since August: He’ll be the opening day RF if Judge is gone

If Judge comes back they should still get him.

Especially if Bendi is gone.
The cheapskates aren’t gonna give both a big contract
Ugh. At this point, I kinda just want a stop gap at LF of RF til the Martian is ready. Bader is a lock at CF.
He'll play the corner outfield, and his contract will be cheaper than Judge's

All of what I'm saying is contingent on whether Judge is back

It’s less about Reynolds himself and more about what they’d trade to get him.

Every time the Yankees pivot off of something big that happened to them, they do the dumbest shyt imaginable. If Judge walks, at least they can stop lying about putting the best product out there to compete for a title and just transition towards Volpe/Peraza/Dominguez/Wells. Trading the Martian or Volpe or whoever for Reynolds is like when we signed Ellsbury to react to losing Cano.
