I've ALWAYS wondered how long it would take some shyt like this to happen. Bartenders have straight stolen the scene in A LOT of strip clubs.
Strip clubs in NYC might as well shut down.

Let's keep it 100. A large amount of strippers dance and sell ass. You can only see so many customers if you are dancing. But you can see even more customers if you don't have to dance.
Just think how many more customers a woman can serve/meet as a bartender than a stripper. Now fast forward and say a female bartender can wear the same clothes as the strippers.
Well shyt them bartenders are at an advantage now. They can see 2 to 3 times the customers because they don't have to dance. Plus they are doing double duty....By wearing stripper clothes and then serving drinks.
On the real I been in strip clubs. If a bartender is wearing the same clothes as the strippers I probably wouldn't even pay attention to the strippers. But they don't do that down here in the south. The bartender's wear regular clothes.
The strip club owners just using the Hooters method. Have the server's dress half naked and you get more clientele. Men and women love a good looking person serving them food and drink. Have them half naked and as an owner you sitting on a gold mine.

From what I've heard, the dark skinned Black girls are mad that customers at the club are paying attention/giving their money to the brown and light skinned Black and non Black women. Welp. If you feel like you aren't being appreciated then go elsewhere. Its not like they have a union or something that they can complain to. Lmaoo.

It's all about customer service not looks. Any girl working in a strip club is going to be somewhat attractive so it's comes down to who gives the best customer service. Black women suck at customer service unless they think you got something.
