I don't understand what these hipsters see in NY that makes them want to stay here.

When i think of a dream home, i think of a sunny place with mountains in my backyard. Who the hell wants to look at brick public housing buildings everywhere while taking the train to work :scusthov:.

Shout out to you nikkas paying 300 + x month for gas sitting in traffic for hours daily. I'm 6 train stops from the job my commute is 10 mins and that's only when I gotta go to the office

your paying for the chance to live in probably the easiest- accessible- to -everything city in the U.S...

the mta subway system putting you about 30 min. to 45 min away from every borough at all times :wow:
the ability to leave ur house and walk a block to a corner store and not have to drive 8 miles to a wawa or whatever thats called for some milk :wow:
the ability to see everything from pawgs, to ratchets, to some asians all in the same bar :wow:
