I don't understand what these hipsters see in NY that makes them want to stay here.

When i think of a dream home, i think of a sunny place with mountains in my backyard. Who the hell wants to look at brick public housing buildings everywhere while taking the train to work .

naw see ill tell you what it is....ppl have bought into the 'BRAND' that is new york sooo much that it clouds their judgement the reality is new york is good for

business....but NOT a place to live and raise children....similar to florida (especially if you black lol)...
