Total 100% bullshyt. If they had evidence they would have a warrant. By barging into people's houses without a warrant, you're not doing your job. And there's 10 of 'em.
Two kids broke into my mom's place 10 years ago, fukked everything up, stole some shyt. They get caught, but tell the cops they saw weed in the house.
Motherfukkers ran up with a helicopter, squad cars, one of those SWAT tank things.
This is the problem with America's police state. Guns cost a lot of money to make, so by making the police more like the military, they get more weapons, which makes more money. But ultimately once every precient in America is armed to the tenth power, they assume brute force is how you deal with every situation because it's their most powerful asset; what's the point of buying all the guns if you're not going to use them. Obviously you can't show up in an apartment complex with a tank, so what do you do? You bring 5 times as many dudes, looking to start shyt and catch the guy on an assaulting an officer charge.

There's only a certain amount of mistakes that are tolerated and if he's way over budget guess what police chief says bye bye to his cushy gig. He has performance budgets to meet if he exceeds the budget with no rationale explanation he is gone.
Stop and frisk succeeded because nikkas unfortunately were actually in the progress of breaking the law so all the court fees paid by nikkas and the tax payer were "justified" on the books.
I do know like situations like yours happen but not very often. Precincts get penalized and recent the Flushing precinct along with 5 others in other boroughs across the city were GUTTED because the books were being cooked too much they were bleeding money.
At the end of the day it's all about money and they need nikkas that they can trump up the charges on, 90% of the time those nikkas are breaking petty laws but at some point breaking the law.
I am the 1st person to say fukk the NYPD. But realize there is a incentivized system based on financials and if you find yourself being a target consistently there is something you are doing to give them a reason to think you are an easy target.
1 thing you gotta do is move out the hood. Easier said than done but if you don't then you gonna have to come up with a plan to catch them slipping on technicalities several times and get a class action suit going with some neighbors against the precinct.
Focus on the financials. TBH it is extremely rare even the hood they send 10 dudes to one door usually there is multiple informants and some type of history.
