That gun wasn’t planted. It’s extremely unlikely. It’s not that serious. Hip hop police are on his ass. But that whole excuse in the article comes from his camp, so of course they are gonna proclaim innocence. Also, someone involved in his management definitely has a relationship with TMZ. Just saying searching the house without him present, who's to say the cops didn't plant the gun.. A good lawyer would argue that... The onus is on THEM to prove its his... I've NEVER heard of cops searching your house with a search warrant but your NOT there??? It's just sloppy police work fam...

Smh you must not know much about the law. This shyt happens all the time. You don’t get a search warrant for a person. You get a search warrant for a property. As long as the police have probable cause, they can search whatever and whenever they want to. I think warrants have times on them when the judge approves them. Long as they go in at the time the warrant says. You think the police gonna get a search warrant for a house, knock on the door, say no ones home, then come back tomorrow It don’t work like that. Whatever probable cause they had to get a search warrant approved may be further evidence of the gun belonging to him/someone in his camp
